Randy Wright, MS, ATC
Ben Gulotta, PT
Ben Gulotta received his professional degree from Northern Illinois University in 1994, and has spent his entire career in the area in which he was born and raised. Ben has years of experience in acute patient care in the hospital setting, all aspects of pre and post surgical outpatient rehabilitation, home care, neurological functional restoration and prosthetic training.
Ben completed an extensive list of continued education courses over the past 13 years and his current interests reside primarily in orthopedic outpatient though he treats a diverse range of diagnoses including; vestibular dysfunction and non-healing wounds.
Ben and his family continue to live in this area and he looks forward to a long career in serving the community.
Terra Anderson, PT
Terra Anderson graduated from the Finch University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School in 1995. She brings 12 years of diverse orthopedic experience to Roscoe Physical Therapy. Terra has worked in hospital and private outpatient settings including Rockford Orthopedic Associates. Specialized training in areas of interest include sport, work, pre and post surgical injuries, McKenzie rehabilitation for back injuries, ASTYM certification, post employment screenings, job site analysis and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE).
Terra has been involved in program development with experience in treating lymphedema and women's health issues. She has been a clinical instructor for many college students, assisted in post surgical protocol development and been team leader for peer review.
Terra has always had a love for sports and was introduced to physical therapy in high school and college with softball related injuries. Now she enjoys mountain biking and participating in her children's sporting events. Terra's goal for patients is restoring function, allowing them to resume work, sports and everyday living.
Kim Alexander, ATC, PT
Kim is a graduate of Drake University where he received a degree in Biology. He received his professional degrees in Athletic Training (B.S.) and Master's in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University. He has served in the Rockford area as an athletic trainer since 2002 and as a physical therapist since 2005. Kim is trained in John Barnes Myofascial Release and kinesiotaping, as well as Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM®) for treating tendonitis type conditions.
Kim has been active in the Rockford soccer community since 2003, serving as athletic trainer for the Region II ODP boys' camps, Region II Club championships, IYSA State Cup tournament, US Academy soccer showcase, Watermelon soccer tournament, Rainbow soccer tournament, Danny Cuniff Soccer tournament (Highland Park), and Palatine Celtic Cup soccer tournament. He also spends time performing injury checks and game coverage at Christian Life High School.
Kim especially enjoys sports medicine and orthopedics rehabilitation. He enjoys running and biking along with cheering on his favorite soccer team Real Madrid.
Jason Lubben, BA, ATC
Jason Lubben graduated from Trinity International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Medicine/ Athletic Training in 2002. He brings six years of high quality hands on experience to Roscoe Physical Therapy. Jason has worked in the hospital and private settings, as well as the professional level, working with the Indiana Pacers and Jacksonville Jaguars. He has worked with high-class athletes, like Jermaine O'Neal, Reggie Miller, Fred Taylor and many more.
Jason has always had a love for athletics. He has played sports all of his life and played baseball at the collegiate level. He was exposed to athletic training in high school and has enjoyed it ever since.
Jason has been at Roscoe Physical Therapy since 2005. He has been responsible for providing athletic training services for Harlem High School, where he is in charge or providing medical care for over 1,000 athletes.
